Yes, employers may verify that an AHA eCard is authentic by entering the card information at https://ecards.heart.org/student/myecards. or you can call customer service agent for help at 347-719-CPR1. The AHA has also created a memo on the validity of eCards for employers who may request an official AHA statement.

Please take note of the recommended renewal date on your provider card as long as your card is current you can enroll in an refresher course rather than an original course. Yout must have a current active card to enroll in a refresher or renewal course. example you expired last month you need to enroll in an original course.
Your employer may request you get an official card from a local training center; however, the MTN BLS Provider is equivalent to the Civilian BLS Program.
