On your Dashboard you will see the following, it is here under alignments where you must approve alignment requests from the Training center, you wont be able to issue any certifications until you see this page and your instructor number is present.

Students and Instuctors can go to there dashboard at anytime to download current ecards or to view or claim CE Credits (picture below)
